Dango!
It is a delicious Japanese sweet made with Glutinous Rice Flour and Silken Tofu.

We made these over the weekend after watching out new favourite YouTube channel “Cooking with Dog”

The show is hosted by Francis, a French poodle. With traditional Japanese Dishes.


Here are our attempts to make Dango.


We made 3 types of toppings:

Ground Black Sesame Seeds and Sugar
Sweet Soy Sauce (Mirin, Sugar, Soy Sauce)
Our own recipe Coconut, Sugar and Cinnamon.
