Did this little cuircut this morning, and it was a killer!
All of these were done with a 'gym stick' behind the head.
25 Squats (ass to the grass)
24 Lunges (12 per leg)
24 Split Squats
15 Jump Squats (max air)
I only managed 3 rounds...
